Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400 m)

Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), a representative from our team will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After settling in, you'll meet your trekking guide for a trip briefing and gear check. The rest of the day is free to explore the vibrant streets of Thamel.

Day 2 Drive from Kathmandu to Charikot (1,980 m)

Welcome to Nepal! Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), a representative from our team will greet you and transfer you to your hotel. After settling in, you'll meet your trekking guide for a trip briefing and gear check. The rest of the day is free to explore the vibrant streets of Thamel.

Day 3 Trek to Kuri Village & Kalinchowk (3,842 m)

From Charikot, we drive a short distance to the trekking start point and begin our ascent towards Kuri Village. The trail winds through dense rhododendron and pine forests. Kuri is a small settlement at the base of Kalinchowk hill. After settling into our lodge, we'll hike up to the Kalinchowk Bhagwati Temple to witness a spectacular sunset over the Himalayas.

Day 4 Descend to Dolakha & Trek to Suri (1,890 m)

We wake early for a breathtaking sunrise view from Kalinchowk. After breakfast, we descend back to Charikot and visit the ancient Dolakha Bhimsen Temple. From there, we begin our trek towards the Tamakoshi River, crossing suspension bridges and passing through small villages to reach our overnight stop in Suri.

Day 5 Trek to Chhetrapa (1,950 m)

Day 6 Trek to Bigu Gompa (2,500 m)

Day 7 Trek to Laduk (2,050 m)

Day 8  Trek to Gongar Khola (1,350 m)

Day 9  Trek to Beding (3,740 m)

The trail now follows the Rolwaling River upstream. We pass the powerful Simigaon hydroelectric dam and ascend steeply through forests. The landscape becomes more rugged and alpine as we enter the heart of the valley, arriving at the large Sherpa village of Beding.

Day 10 Acclimatization Day in Beding

To adjust to the high altitude, we spend a day in Beding. We can take a short hike up to Malung La Pass viewpoint for incredible views or explore the village and its ancient monastery. This rest is crucial for preventing altitude sickness.

Day 11 Trek to Na Village & Tsho Rolpa Lake (4,580 m)

From Beding, a relatively short and gentle walk takes us to Na, a seasonal settlement used by herders. After dropping our bags, we'll embark on a breathtaking day hike to the spectacular Tsho Rolpa Glacial Lake. We spend time marveling at the turquoise waters surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks before returning to Na for the night.

Day 12 Trek back to Gongar Khola (1,350 m)

Day 13  Drive from Gongar to Charikot

Day 14  Drive back to Kathmandu
