There is a direct bus service to Bhulbhule from Kathmandu New Bus Park (Gonggabu Bus Park). We start our journey into the hills on a winding road along the Trishuli River. It takes around 7 hours to reach Bhulbhule. At Bhulbhule, we will discover the views of Lamjung Himal, Manaslu, Peak 29 (NadiChuli), etc. Overnight at tea house.
We will ascend towards the Jagat village today. The trail will be around seven hours long. Trekking on a zigzag trail passing by Syange village, you will descend down to a river bank. From here onwards, you will descend on a rocky path to reach Jagat village where we will stay overnight. Jagat is a tiny village where Tamang, as well as Gurung inhabitants, live in. The trail from here takes you into the Manang district. After crossing a thrilling bridge near Tal, the trail goes through rice, potato, and barley fields. On the way, you will pass by lovely cascading waterfalls and Kodo village before reaching Dharapani your stop for the night. As a matter of fact, Dharapani is one of the largest villages of Manang district. From Danakyu, we will get to see the eye-catching views of Mt. Manaslu and Peak 29. Overnight at teahouse.
Today, the trail is going to be a little difficult as you will trek on a steep forested trail along with several landslides area. On the way, you will get to see captivating views of Annapurna II (7,937 m), Annapurna IV (7,525 m), and Lamjung Himal (6,983 m). Before reaching Chame, you will come across a small hot spring where you will stop to relax and continue your trek to reach Chame. Overnight at teahouse.
Today, we will start our walk early in the morning witnessing the amazing view of Lamjung Himal (6893m) along with the first rays of sun over the stunning peak is even more fascinating. A marvelous waterfall becomes visible as we reach Brathang Village. Pisang is situated in the heart of the Pisang peak. In addition, the views of the north-east peak of Pisang, as well as Annapurna II, appear magnificent. Moreover, we will see a long Mani wall next to the bridge before reaching Pisang. Today, we will trek to Ghyaru Village from Pisang. On the way, we will be able to see a fantastic views of Annapurna II and III. After that, we will stroll to Manang Village which takes 6 hours approximately. We will notice climate changing into cold and dry as we will get closer to Manang. On the way, we will visit ancient and the biggest monastery of Manang District, Baragha monastery. Overnight at tea house.
After early morning breakfast, we will heading towards ice lake which is located at the height of 4,600 m. There is a steepy way from Manang to Ice lake but we will follow the alternative trail to Ice Lake via Bragha because the trail is much easier from there, rather than trying to follow the trail from Manang. After 30 minutes of walk, we reach an old village Bragha. The ice lake is 4 hour and 1,100m climb from here. It takes 4 hours approx. to hike up to Ice Lake and 1.30 to 2 hours to descend to Manang. By this time into the Annapurna Circuit, you are mentally and physically preparing for the safe crossing of Thorong-La Pass (5416 m / 17,769 ft), the highest point you will reach on the entire trek. After having breakfast, we will begin trekking towards Yak Kharka. Leaving Marsyangdi Valley behind, you will ascend gradually through Tenki Manang. Further, we will cross the Jarsang Khola Valley and reach Yak Kharka where we will stay for the night. Overnight at tea house.
Today we will make way up steadily to an edge and then move down to the Marsyangdi River. After that, we will traverse through a wooden bridge. In addition, we have a slender track that move transversely to an uneven hill and after that ascend to Thorung La Phedi taking approximately 3 hours. Overnight at a tea house.
Today, we will wake up early in the morning around 4 am to reach the Thorong La Pass by 9-10 am as, the time passes and the sun begins to come above your head the strong winds will make the trail even more strenuous. The trail will be steep ascend on the snowy path all the way up to the pass. Upon reaching the Thorong La Pass, we will see numerous colorful prayer flags and chortens there. We will get to see breathtaking views of snow-capped mountains and landscape from the top. After spending some time at the top, we will descend down to one of the holiest sites of Hindus and Buddhism Muktinath. Every year hundreds of pilgrims visit this place to worship. There are several temple and monasteries located here.
In the morning, we pay our visit to a Vishnu Temple and a Gompa. Descending from Ranipauwa village down the steep and barren hillside, we tumble down toward Kagbeni and then to Jomsom. The trail today is quite surreal as we trek along a plateau above Kali Gandaki River, the world's deepest gorge. The barren landscape of this area resembles Tibet. Overnight at Jomsom.
After breakfast today, we will take a bus or a jeep to drive along the plateau of the Kali Gandaki Gorge. We will also pass some beautiful waterfalls and forests along the way. The road between Beni and Muktinath was only constructed a few years ago, and it’s mostly off-road track, and (halfway) from Beni to Pokhara is paved. The journey takes about 6 to7 hours to reach Pokhara. We will be in Pokhara around 3 to 4 PM. Evening sighseeing in Pokhara. Overnight in Pokhara
After breakfast, we say goodbye to the beautiful lake city of Pokhara and drive towards Kathmandu. On arrival at Kathmandu, our guide will transfer you to the hotel. The rest of the time is free for sightseeing and shopping.
