 Mardi Himal Base Camp Trek, located on the eastern edge of the Annapurna Base Camp, represents a breathtaking adventure in the Annapurna area. Launched in 2012, this trail reveals stunning views of the Annapurna Himalayan Range, showcasing impressive summits such as Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Mount. Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South (7,219m), and Mt. Hiunchuli (6,441m), along with Mt. Fishtail (6,997m). The trail winds through unspoiled paths decorated with cultural villages and crosses woodlands alive with colorful rhododendrons before climbing to unveil the stunning views of the Himalayas.

Starting in Pokhara, often referred to as the City of Lakes, we begin our journey by driving to Kande and proceeding on foot to Deurali. We move through captivating rhododendron woods, heading toward the mountain pass that looks over the Modi Valley. Traversing barren terrains and charming villages, the trek stretches from Deurali to Forest Camp and Badal Danda, concluding at High Camp located at 3540m. The journey proceeds through Upper View Point (4,250m) until arriving at the peak – Mardi Himal Base Camp at 4,500m. Here, Machhapuchhre (6,993m) and Mardi Himal (5,587m) gracefully ascend into the blue sky, while the stunning, far-reaching view of the Annapurna Mountain Range embraces the landscape. This journey provides a route through breathtaking terrains, enchanting woodlands, and culturally vibrant villages rich in history. Tour Plan

Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu 1338m

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, our representatives will be there to greet you. We'll transfer you directly to the hotel. You'll have an introduction to your guides and the rest of our team, concluding the activities for the day. Overnight at a 4* Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 2  Drive from Kathmandu to Kande (1770m) via Pokhara (820m) by private vehicle and trek to Australian Camp (2165m, 1-2 hours)

Departing from Kathmandu, our journey toward the captivating valley of Pokhara. The road offers scenic twists and turns alongside the familiar rhythm of the Trishuli River on Prithvi Highway. En route to Pokhara, we absorb the beauty of the hilly landscape and upon arrival, are greeted by the reveal of snow-capped peaks. From Pokhara, we drive onward to Kande, marking the true commencement of our trek. The solitary path navigates through forests and quiet hamlets, offering the serenity of an untouched trail. Ascending, we reach Australian Camp. Overnight at a lodge in Australian Camp.

Day 3 Trek from Australian Camp to Forest Camp (2520m, 6-7 hours)

After soaking in the mesmerizing Himalayan views, the trail leads out of Pothana and Deurali, advancing into nearby forests. Embraced by pine trees, we trek for an hour before the vibrant rhododendrons greet us. Amidst nature's beauty, we enjoy our lunch amidst the rustling leaves and bird calls. The trail continues through undulating forest terrain before reaching Forest Camp. Overnight at a lodge in Forest Camp.

Day 4 Trek from Forest Camp to High Camp (3540m, 6-7 hours)

The morning finds the forests veiled in mist as we embark toward Badal Danda. Traversing oaks and pine trees, we encounter low camp, marking our ascent to 3000m. Progressing through a rocky trail, we arrive at Badal Danda, offering breathtaking views. The sight of Mt. Machhapuchhre (6,997m), Hiunchuli (6,441m), and Annapurna South (7,219m) against the sunrise is breathtaking. After a three-hour climb, we reach High Camp. Overnight at a lodge in High Camp.

Day 5 Exploration to Upper View Point (4200m) and Mardi Himal Base Camp (4500m, 6 hours), trek back to Badal Danda (3268m, 1-2 hours)

Today presents the most demanding and rewarding part of our journey as we head to Mardi Himal Base Camp. The changing landscapes indicate the rising altitude, transitioning from grassy fields to rocky ridges. The trail leads through rocky hills and glacial lands to the Upper View Point at 4250m, revealing unobstructed vistas of the Annapurna Range. Continuing to Mardi Himal Base Camp at 4500m offers sublime views of the Himalayas. Returning to High Camp and we trek down to Badal Danda. Overnight at a lodge in Badal Danda.

Day 6 Trek from Badal Danda to Sidhing (1700m, 4-5 hours) and drive to Pokhara (820m, 2-3 hours)

Descending from Badal Danda, we head to the village of Sidhing, passing through pine and oak forests. Passing Low Camp, the trail winds through forests alive with rhododendrons, reaching the village of Sidhing, offering a glimpse into traditional life. From Sidhing, we take a jeep to Pokhara, relishing the stunning landscapes. Overnight at a 4* Hotel in Pokhara.

Day 7 Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu (6-7 hours by private vehicle)

Having experienced the beauty of the lakeside city, we depart for Kathmandu. The journey retraces the Prithvi Highway alongside the Trishuli River. The serene hilly landscapes, combined with the pleasant weather, evoke tranquility. Overnight at a 4* Hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 8 Departure from Kathmandu

With all souvenirs packed and memories cherished, our representatives will accompany you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure. We hope you've had a wonderful time exploring the Himalayas with us.
